bought a 105w 220v light

I thought I was getting a deal when I bought a 105w clf but it turns out that it was as a 220v light. My question is can I run it on 110v and if so does anyone know about how many lumens it will possibly put out? Also it is a 2700k.

No it will not run on 110V and ~ 6500 lumens
