Thanks Irie, I had to google "Holding thumbs" its not a saying I've heard before. I assumed it meant similar to fingers crossed and was basically correct.Looking great in there Knife! I like to wait for a good amount of amber too.

Not sure if anyone noticed, but I had the name of my journal changed. I've decided to run my tent as an autoflower perpetual. Since my first 3 have self staggered themselves I'll just pop a new auto bean every time I chop a plant.

Update day 92
Hey all hope everyone had a great weekend (long weekend here in Alberta)
We've reached and passed day 90 and Aviendha & Min are still growing.
Aviendha is getting close, I imagine she'll come down within two weeks.
Min is slowly bulking up but I dont think she will amount to much in the time she has left.

DDA dbhbb update day 11
Little baby DDA is rocking right along. Started seeing some root tips poking out the bottom holes, so up potted into a 5 gal pot. Gave a liberal sprinkling of roots powder onto the roots and into the hole and a bit of a drink of RO water.

Here's a recent knife I finished 
6.5" overall length with a 3" blade. Made from CPM S35VN steel with stabilized curly Koa scales, black linen micarta bolsters and white G10 spacers.

Update day 100
Good morning 420 fam.
Hopefully everyone is having a good day so far
Well my 2 plants from the original trio, Aviendha(zkittles) and Min (NL) are still going, Aviendha has started to fade out but the trichomes are still mostly cloudy not much amber. I was going to chop her last weekend but decided to wait for more amber. If no progress by this weekend I will be chopping regardless.
Min is loaded with buds but most of them are tiny flarf, she's still putting on size/weight I'll leave her go as long as possible and hope she bulks up more.

Little DDA is growing up quickly, already working on node #5. Really seems to like the brix soil. Pot was dried right out monday so it got a drink of RO water with 1/4 strength transplant drench and 1/4 strength tea. 2 days later seeing no signs of unhappiness so far.

Finished this one on sunday. 9" overall length with a 4.5" blade made from 154cm steel with green canvas micarta scales

Hey all a quick update as Its my birthday today
Chopped down Aviendha on thursday night, just took off the bigger fans and hung the branches to dry in my drying box. Deffinately filled the box more than gelato did so hopefully that means a bigger yeild. Fingers crossed (Holding Thumbs )
Min is deffinately packing on the weight. Altho there is alot of flarf. Starting to get the sags on some of the thinner branches. Going to get some bamboo stakes to help prop stuff up.
Thought I had messed up bad the watering before last. Since I was only watering the one plant I just used my 1.5gal watering can instead on mixing the whole 3 gallon jug I was using for the 2 plants but I was stoned and mixed nutes for 3gal in the 1.5 gal can. Didnt realize what id done until the next watering when I had an oh shit moment. This was already 4 days later and Min didnt seem to be phased my the hot feed so I just mixed the appropriate amount and watered. Still looking fine....
Woke up this morning and went in to check on the girls, as I do every morning. Noticed that my 23 day old DDA is showing sex. Already getting fairly light after a 1.5 gal watering last week so will be doing another 1.5gal probably tomorrow that watering will get a dose of Growth Ionic with tea. I will also likely give her first Foliar spray this week as well.
Picked myself up a couple birthday presents
My first custom made glass piece from a up and coming canadian glass artist @borocanglass on IG grabbed this sweet dab rig from his "monster glass" line I deffinately recommend checking out his work.
Also I donated a box of my off cuts and scraps to another upcoming canadian craftsman who makes awsome dab swords. These things are like pretty legit looking katanas, spears he even made a dab scythe! He is @cannablades on IG
Another one to watch for sure.
No pix of my dab sword yet as it is currently in progress but Ill shown it off when it gets here.
Off to work on somthing extra fancy for my birthday knife
