Brown Root Question

Since I don't have a lot of followers on my grow journal/log, I guess I will ask here.

I did a water change and some of my roots are brown and nasty, so are my hose lines, so I am pretty certain it isn't root rot. I will post pictures later if I need to.

I am using Fox Farms in a dwc setup. I change my water weekly and my water temps have been under 72 degrees.

Is there another line of nutrients that doesn't stain the roots brown?
I am willing to go with another brand, no matter the cost, so I am open to suggestions.

How are u adding the nutes, as in Mixing, order ect

What additional nutes u using a d order of adding them all

What % of manuf strength are u using

Any enzymes cleaner like hydroguard or z7

I fill my buckets with tap water and let it sit out for 24 hours.
Then the next day I add hydroguard.
Then I mix in Fox Farms at 1/3rd the recommended amount. I just stir it all in.
Then I adjust my ph and swap out the water buckets.

What I do

I use a bubbler in my bucket

Add the trio 1st. Add one...mix for 10min, then 2nd and 3rd, same mix for each

Then add the hydroguard, mix

pH it...rock and roll
Maybe I just need to mix it longer and better. I am going to the hydroponic store to see if I have any options that don't turn the water brown. You'd think that something sold for hydroponics would mix better with water? lol
