Brown spots, pale green leaves

Hi. as title suggests I have brown spots and pale leaves at the top of the plant. Lower leaves are turning yellow.

Soil is two parts.
Bottom half of fabric pot is biobizz allmix.
Top half is biobizz light mix.

Only using organic nutes except my cal mag which I've only given it two small feelings over the last two days is not organic. I used plain water for the first 3.5 weeks of its life.

I've gone light with feedings since (Never more then 0.5ml of grow or bloom nutes per litre and usually only 1-1.5 liter of water untill it's dry again.)

Tested soil in root zone by taking some soil out and mixing it with water (ph 7.1). Let it sit for half hour and the ph of the murky water was 6.2.

Tried several pH pens and whatever I'm giving the plant is always 6.3-6.6.

Any ideas what this could be?

Good afternoon my friend, sorry about your issues.
Your girls look a touch over watered and very hungry.
Do you have a full set of nutrients with a proper schedule?
How often are you watering her?
You don't need a dry cycle as much in flower, but they need some air?

Are you running LEDs? Is your temperature below 84f?
Those plants look cold and in need of calmag every feeding/watering two months ago.
Yes and yes!
I guess then I should start adding cal-mag every water?

Thank you for your assistance it's seriously appreciated.

Winter here. Will heat the room up and let It dry a little more.

Watering most days when I feel top soil dry.
Opened.up the bottom of the fabric pot a little to feel the soil and it was wetter. Must remember to lift the pot.
I have the whole range od biobizz. (Except their microbes bottle)

I did put microryza in soil when I first planted.

Thank you Bill and zigzagman.
Will check the difference in a few days.

Air out the roots a touch and feed full strength nutrients.
If your using calmag put it in your water first.
I wouldn't bother testing ph run off anymore.
You will just chase your tail.
Concentrate on proper nutrition especially in flower when she needs as much nutrition as she can get.:Namaste:
Hope your doing well my friend. :high-five:

Hello - 0.5ml of BB is nowhere near enough
Should be using about 2-4ml of each; more grow in veg, then switch to more bloom in flower

Thank you Roy i will up the dose. Would you suggest a gradual upping of the dose or just go full wack at 2-4ml?

I was afraid of repeating my last grow where everyone was telling me I had nute burn and it all went a bit yellow and calyx didn't swell. One extreme to the other!

Many thanks for your advice. Will post in a few days with the results.

Yep, dive in with 3ml grow, 3ml bloom + 2ml Micro/Seaweed, then 2ml grow 4ml bloom
Make sure the soil is not completely dry when you apply the feed, so it disperses properly
No need to adjust pH, it will naturally buffer to around 6.2-6.8
A PK/bud booster around week 5 of flower will make the buds swell into colas

Photo below looks like manganese (Mn) deficiency. Overall, N deficiency. Both lack of N and S will result in yellowing. Fe, Zn, Mn are interrelated plant nutrients affecting uptake/use of N and S. Beside Ca and Mg, are you feeding all of these required micro-nutrients... boron (B), copper (Cu), iron (Fe), manganese (Mn), molybdenum (Mo), sulfur (S), zinc (Zn)? Good luck! :ciao:

Looks like she's starving for N at same time she.looks like pH is wacked. On her..are you feeding her good. Using calmag

With some close trimming to remove the dead material, looks like you'll have some nice buds!
:goodjob: :theband:

You all helped save my plants. I can't thank you enough! I just upped the dose of biogrow and carried on with full bloom nutes, bioheaven etc and she fattened up. Haven't looked at pH since.
@Bill284

Not long to go now. Have a great day!

Get yourself one of these a Blue lab pH pen best one I've used and pretty accurate kinda pricey though but the pay back is worth it a lot to be said about having the right tools for the job I use it for pH in my water as well as soil as far as bugs go I think you start there with pH and get a IPM going (Integrated pest Management) Healthy plants less bugs! ✌️

That pH pen is the Most important tool in my grow box
My BL. pen was lost in the fire.
They offered me this one to try out.
Works well.
Coco the ph and ppm's are vital. :thumb:
Good equipment is important.
