BUD BLOOD? R/O Water....

Iam starting flowering here in the next couple days, I got some blood bud from advanced nutrients and I want to try it out!! The lady at the Grow store told me that it wont work with tap water because of the chlorine in it, Does not allow the nutrients to dissolve properly...She told me to use R/O water with it..But I do not have access to R/O water..
My question is????Is R/O water the same as purified drinking water????
Does purified drinking water contain chlorine??? Thank you..
