OG is a 8-9 Weeks. You have a ways to go, you should at least plan on 8 weeks at least. There is lots of info on this forum, it will save you time if you use the search feature.

Outside grown can be different. I've never grown outdoors, there's lots here who can answer. Also the search feature in the Growers Forum is very helpful. Often times your question has been asked before and its quicker to search for it than to wait for a reply.
Outdoors your tied to mother natures schedule so its likely to be different. I know some growers veg inside and then take it outside to bloom and are able to get more crops that way. I imagine if its the time of year that you get 12/12 it will take about the same time as indoor, maybe less because the sun is more powerful. I hope I made sense.
I'm at 37º North. Here are my OG flower period in days from 2013 outdoor plants. Please note that I start counting when more than pre-flowers become visible, specifically when pistils are visible at top of bud. All from seed.
