Budget LED question

I took the plunge and got the Series 3+ Red Spec 250 Watt Dimmable Grow Light. It's the $349 one.

This one is plug and play ready? Noticed some need soldering, which I can do but for longevity I want the pre-built one.

Cool I'm going to go from 200w to 450w in two 3x3. One under 2 ts600 Mars Hydro has just gone monster size (northern lights auto) but the nugs haven't been as tight as I'd like.

Hopefully this will produce some tight nugs.

Best I could do would be 400w Mars Hydro and 400w Mars Hydro and budget combo. That'd be 4 ts600 vs a ts1000 and Budget Led 250.
