Budz: Mars Hydro FC-E3000, 3x3, Do Si Dos SCROG Grow

Bottom part of the first "CHERRY ON TOP" is now dry & in jars. Didn't bother trimming any of it since it's for me anyway. Total weight (Top Colas & Buds + Bottom half) = 104.5 grams. (3 oz. 20.5 gr.) I can live with that.

"OG-1 KENOBI" is next. She will go in the dark Friday for harvest on Saturday. I gave her one last defol to get some light to the bottom buds to help finish them.

"ZOOKIES" is almost dry. Probably 2 more days till I can get a weight on her. Soon to be down to the W.W. & Do-Si-Dos.
So far I have about 15 oz. curing. 2.5 oz. I gave away & probably smoked 2 oz. so far. So not doing all that bad for 3 gal. pots. That's 19.5 oz. from 6 plants so far so I'm averaging the 3 oz. per plant I expected. Good enough for me.

Going to try them out after work today; but want to let the rest cure for a while. Top stuff rocked. Hope the bottom is as good. Had about 10 extra days to finish so I'll soon find out.

I was just checking out the Do-Si-Dos & it looks like she's starting her 2 week swell to me. Getting closer !

Time for an update before heading off to work. I'll start with the "Do-Si-Dos". She's looking pretty good so far. My first time growing it. I bought some at the dispensary once & loved the taste of it... so had to buy some seeds.

The Bud itself is looking good. However, I don't think it will yield anywhere near the pound I had hoped for. If not... Well SCROG is a waste of time to me. 10 gal. pot, SCROG & 6-7 weeks longer grow time than the 9 plants in the big tent. Less than 12 oz. would be a real disappointment. Keeping my fingers crossed.... lol.

Since it was feed day, I took some pics of the 2 remaining ladies. "OG-1 KENOBI & WHITE WIDOW". The OG-1 got her final feeding today. She will go in the Dark Closet for 24 hours on Friday when I feed the White Widow. W.W. shouldn't be too much longer.... (I Hope). Still plenty of white pistils; so who knows. She could be one of those 12 week strains.

"ZOOKIES HARVEST" Today I cut the Buds of the branches I had hanging to dry. I like to put my buds in the drying rack for 24 hours before jarring it. I do this because the side of the bud that touches the stem is always a little moister; so the rack takes care of that. Here's a few pics.

Some nice Frosty Nugs.

Some tiny popcorn buds to take for a test drive. Even this is frosty. 5.2 grams of that to smoke now.

Not sure if the Dos-i-dos are prone to foxtail genetically, but between those, the edge curl on the upper leaves, and the slight inter-vein yellowing, it might be getting a bit too much light at the tops. Just something to watch out for.

I was actually thinking about hanging it over the bar. Rope hangers are as high as possible now. Over the bar would give me about 6" increase in height.

Yes, there's a dimmer. I'd rather raise it then turn the power down if possible. Then if it needs to, I can still dim it some more.

Just took a weight on the "ZOOKIES". 114.5 gr. (4 oz. 2.5 gr.) Those buds are heavy and solid. It has a really sweet taste to it. Almost minty. The high is different then I'm use to but I kind of like it.... if I have nothing to do. You just kind of sit there & space out into your own world. It's a really spaced out buzz. I think this has to go in my private stuff. Don't want anyone smoking this & then driving.

I raised the light on the Do-Si-Dos as suggested. Had to hang it over the bar so it's almost 2' above the canopy.
I put the OG-1 in the closet for harvest tomorrow. White Widow should be done soon.
