Bugs! Help, what kind of flying critter is this?

This little black flying critter has been spotted with my three, hopefully confirmed shortly, ladies. I’ve killed about three or four and have no idea what they are. Fungus nats maybe... hopping my fellow man/woman can assist. Just started with Monterey Garden Insect Spinosad but IDK if it’ll be effective against these jerks.

Yes spinosad works, but as you can see on the picture, they have different cycles stick a yellow trap to catch the flying ones.
A shot glass of vinegar with dish soap beside the stem will catch the crawling ones

Thanks man, yeah they must have hatched over night because I certainly see the little jerks crawling around the dirt now. Got some yellow traps and diatomaceous earth coming via Amazon Friday.
