Ok so my plant are about 4 weeks into flower I was wondering if anyone knows some good bug spray for All types of bugs suck as caterpillar’s thrips etc

Safers soap or look at Sierra Natural Science. They are a sponsor here.
just try pick the caterpillars off ( if any ) save spraying for no reason really , yes safers soap is safe to use , always use on a couple of leaves then return and look to see how they react , ( save wrecking them all if too much is used )

I used Dr. Bonner's unscented castile soap, it worked well on the pests but even after a wash I swear I tasted it on some of my finished bud.
