Building a living soil, questions about measurement

Hey all, im having a hard tome putting together my super soil. When it comes to cu ft and bales, pro mix bx expands tp 7 cu ft and is a 3.8 cu ft bag. 25-30 ibs of worm castings is 1 cu ft, i went off these measurements, but when it comes to adding amendmints I get confused, should I use the expanded soil as a measurment, or the bags measurments.

A lot of living soils recomend 1/4 to 1 cup of amendmints to soil for 5-10 gallons of soil.

I have a friend teaching me and he suggested just using 2ibs of each amendmint for 200 gallons worth.
1/3 wormcastings 2/3 pro mix bx

Can anyone elaborate on why this isn't enough amendmints?

I was going to go with, bone meal, kelp meal, blood meal, bat goana, gypsum, oyster flour, epson salts and lime.

Im trying to stay away from sea food and shell fish i have a friend who is highly allergic and cross contamination is to dangerous. Is there any suggestions for my living soils amendmints in this situation and ratios?
