Busted by one plant?

I'm just wondering, but if someone were caught growing 1 plant, how bad do you think the repercussion would likely be? I took a look at norml's legal page but there's no mention of what laws texas has about cultivation.

Getting caught with a plant with a root structure will be filed under cultivation. There is no definition between one plant and 10.

1-6 years in my state.

my state 4 plants is a misdemeanor(spelling) 5 plants is a felony.

in florida they sieze the house, fine you, and give everyone in the house a charge - if their is 6 people that live in the house in question its conspiracy or some bullshit so that adds years to your already calender of jailtime. so in my opinion if you have a house and family to lose take a walk and grow on someone elses property.
