'Love' is a term carrying lots of baggage. I will speak of a specific aspect:
When I find an entry by C-LOJ or Mr Smith on my CP, I feel happy. I'm involved. Always, these posts are good news. There are, and have been many others on 420 for whom I've felt this pleasent emotional attachment, and I enjoy it. This is love, but we are likely to never meet personally. Who we are is what we post: consistant and true, but limited.
Love-Ins in the 60s/70s? were also artificially limited, but what did we know?
Reality is what you see and what you feel.
Vicarious participation will serve for the rest
