Hoping to become a permitted, commercial medical cannabis business operator in Humboldt County?
If so, state and local regulatory experts are holding a free informational workshop in Briceland on Saturday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Beginnings Inc., 5 Cemetery Road, to provide information on the county's and state's medical marijuana permitting programs and regulations.
Staff from the Humboldt County Planning and Building Department, North Coast Regional Water Quality Control Board and California Department of Fish and Wildlife will be available to answer questions. Handouts and application materials will be provided.
