The next Napa Countywide Cannabis Roundtable is scheduled for 1-3 p.m., Friday in the board meeting chambers on the third floor of the Administration Building, 1195 Third St., in Napa.
The discussion will include report outs from a recent trip to Oakland to tour manufacturing, cultivation, and dispensary facilities.
There will be presentations from the Sonoma County Agricultural Commissioner and Rural County Representatives of California about land use and environmental impacts, and legislative updates.
Representatives from Napa County, the cities of American Canyon, Calistoga, St. Helena, and Napa, and the Town of Yountville are roundtable participants.
The group's purpose is to discuss the issues surrounding the passage of Proposition 64 and the regulation of medical and nonmedical cannabis in Napa County. The goal is to share information and identify where consistencies in each jurisdiction's ordinances might be achieved when possible.
