iso spray, neem oil, safer spray oil, maybe all three plus others
iso is safe if you are in flower. even a healthy straight water spray if outside and bud rot is not a factor.

looks more like powdery mildew to me,, but not usually seen like that, by me, on the undersides of leaves. i also do not see any mite bites on the leaves,, a pic from above would be useful.
spray for mildew,, 0ne part hydrogen peroxide and five parts water,,
karma sent friend,, i deal with both and do not wish either upon anyone,,
i do see some buggy looking larger things in amongst there but not sure what. white flies?, aphids?

i take the white stuff to be webbing. i see black dots on the leaves i believe are the live mites. could be more than one problem..
get a loupe on those black dots and see if they are moving living things

If you scroll pic in you see bugs I sprayed neem oil on plant they were just on fan leaves and ants all over.thanks nivex
