From what I have read it is possible to clone after flowering, but can take considerably longer for them to root up and get growing. Now when I look at your photo, I would suggest simply flowering it out and getting some bud. To me it doesn't really look as though you have any potential clones yet, but I may be wrong.
A gram should be very doable. If you start a grow journal here and post a lot of pics, all the pro's will will help you maximize that yield. From what I've seen, if you post enough pics and often, they pick up on any imperfections very quick and keep you headed in the right direction. Very knowledgeable and sharing community here!
