can i grow with hydro outside?

i was wondering if i could grow outside using a hydro bubbler system??
because electric prices have gone up, is it possible or is this a stupid idea.

You can but you would be easier in soil. Algae is a big problem outside so can be the weather like when it rains. Do you have experience with hydro?

i want to grow in soil but i haven't had any success at all growing in soil, but have more success growing hydro
