Het guys so I have the flu, not the virus I went to the doctor it's bacterial, I was wandering if I can smoke before going to bed. I'm struggling to sleep at night with the flu symptoms and because I am an everyday smoker and didn't smoke yesterday because of the diagnosis. But I couldn't sleep at all so I was wondering if it might be safe just to smoke a bit to help me sleep through

I think it depends on how it effects you. If I have a chest infection I would enjoy the resulting high from smoking but I am sure I would probably not like the added feeling of congestion in my lungs. But for you if it could be no problem. I think as @Nunyabiz says probably some oil or edibles would be better. Hope you're feeling much better real soon!

Good time to learn to make edibles.

To help keep from coughing, try some Chloraseptic throat spray. It's got a numbing agent in it to help soothe a sore throat, and it also helps when taking a puff.
