I don't know if it works.
It's funny though because i store my magnet i use for checking metals on top of my low voltage transformer in the garage. I see why he put it there, I would of too. He's pissed

These energy conditioners can be found in many forms and do not work. Look at snopes to check them out. They sound so technically cool but it is all smoke and mirrors. They have been around long enough that we growers would all be using them if they were real. Especially the large grow facilities. Chalk these up to the same pseudoscience bunk as water magnetizers and gasoline magnets in cars.
