Day 34

Going well so far, I'm starting to see some aggressive growth from the LSD girls. I had to tie everyone down tighter as they all grew out and pointed up again. 2 inches of growth in 1 day... wtf? Maybe it's a growth spurt....

Day 35

Well today I found 2 more critters in the tent. For a couple days the tent has been filled with Spider webs all over where the fan doesn't blow. I found the spider and the bug that it didn't catch. So ummm wow this is good growth... just 4 days ago they did not look how they do today. A big storm came by and destroyed my garden. . Also the power went out for a bit while the girls slept. Going to do more LST later tonight.

Update

Alright guys, had a good training session with the girls. I want to share with you how we LST in the 403.

Tools of the trade (twist ties and binder clips)

Make the end of the twist tie into a hook

Add more ties if needed

Attach a binder clip to the pot

Hook a nicely developed new cola

Insert the other end through the binder clip

Ready for LST

GENTLY pull

Don't pull too hard or something will tear

Tuck the tail of the twist tie under a leaf

Do both sides the same and ensure the stem stays straight

After a couple days she will look like this

Hook again a little higher

After the second round she starts to open up

And you end up with a nice bushy bush

Here is a pic of LSD #3 the oddity

You can also move a branch very easily using this technique.

Hi. I just have a question for those who have been planting hemp for quite some time. My hemp plants have started growing about 3 inches but I noticed the leaves falling off. Is that normal? If not, how can this be avoided? Thanks and I hope someone can enlighten me on this one.

Hey Gurlysion, welcome! And welcome to 420 Mag! This site is full of helpful people with lots of experience, but we can't really help without more info. If you already have a plant growing, start your own journal and make sure you put all the details of your grow like strain, lights, medium, etc. And people will see it and they will be able to help you out with any problems that arise. There is a good tutorial here on making a journal, I don't have the link handy as I'm in bed now lol. Hope to see a journal from you soon!

Ithink the most common reason is watering too much, but it could be too little light, etc, etc

It helps to provide pictures. As the Canada Guy said, grow journals are an excellent way to find answers (and meet new people.)

Day 36

Its picture day!!! Our young ladies are now 5 weeks old! Time sure flies when your having fun! I wish you guys could smell the awesomeness in my tent! Today the girls got a drink, only 18 liters this time of plain water. They are taking well to the LST and the Nutes. My wife saw them as I watered and proclaimed "last time they weren't bushes!" Alright enough talking... on with the pics!

Not sure about hemp lol. I grow cannabis, which is similar to hemp lol. Cannabis helps with depression for sure. .
