Canna Tea

Well I made tea 3 days in a row and learned a lot. The first day I used some leaves and flowers. I ground up the mix and brewed as per instructions. The tea was not very pleasant tasting, but gave me a great high. The second day, I used some stems too. The tea tasted the same but was not as potent as the first batch. The third day, I just put leaves and flowers into the pot, I did not grind them up first, and brewed again. This time I added a little canola oil to the butter and it tasted much better but was not potent at all.
If you decide to make tea, try some thing to make the taste better, honey, cinnamon or whatever, maybe a little olive oil. BE SURE to grind the material to release the oils that will bind with the fat, and yes it does smell.
