Cannabutter question

Hey guys not too far from my harvest and I want to try my hand at making some edibles from my trimmings.

I'll be making some cannabutter but my question is does the trim need to be cured?

From what I read, you don't need to cure your trim for cannabudder, because the long cooking process is going to extract all the cannabinoids from the material. You can use trim dried or fresh, and use real butter or coconut oil. The recipe is flexible.

No curing necessary. There will be mixed opinions about decarbing prior or not. Enjoy!

I prefer to dry my cannabutter fixins, a mix of larfy buds and trim. no biggie, i just spread it out and let it dry, then put it in jars. I generally run about 30grams to a pound of butter, I cant really get a decent idea of weight when wet
