Carbon filter choice?

I'm looking at getting a carbon filter for my tent to help with odor control. It seems like there are 2 different kinds to get. I'm getting different opinions from different people. There is one that is the type I've always seen which is a white fabric mesh around a cylinder. Now I'm seeing these cone shaped carbon fiber filters by Organic air. I like them for 2 reasons. They handle more air vs. space taken up and they are a little less expensive. Anyone have any experience with them? Any other recommendations welcome. I'm filtering a dr150 w. about a 170 cf of air to clean.

I haven't used a carbon filter at all in 9 months. Little cans of ONA Block keep the room smelling nice and clean.

I too want to know more about the organic filter as it has a higher CFM rating and says lasts for years with monthly cleaning regiment?!?

Would appreciate some feedback so I can order...

I love the Phresh filters. They come with a flange, are lightweight, and last long.
