Your optimal dose is likely different for everyone. It’s recomended to start with a tincture of 1mg/1mg and slowly increase dose each day to find what works for you. This is micro dosing. So I guess, what rout, smoking, eating, tincture ? Psychoactive effects or no ?

My question refers more to ratio...THC 10% / CBD 90% (tincture), Also, since
THC is not absorbed through the skin as a topical, does anyone recommend CBD from hemp only? Is THC a total waste as a topical? Thanks.

Well dosing is by milligrams that is in the solution. Ratios are 1:1 thc/CBD recommended. You can get most ratios that you want. High THC low CBD or high CBD and low THC or the 1:1 about an equal of both.
Thc absolutely is absorbed topically.
CBD is CBD, they are getting CBD from hemp. I do not know if there is a medical difference from standard cannabis.
Plant medicine recommends using both compounds as they work with each other. Research the term entourage effect. Also check out this video.

Thanks for the response. I was guessing 20:80 with maybe having to mix a couple of strains to achieve.
