how different are your stems from that?

Re: CFL, Indoor, Soil grow, Jack Flash #5

Even do the stem is broke, as long as it all attached together, the plant will still send nutrients to the whole body so if she can't regain straightness, she will just shoot up in any way she can...

Re: CFL, Indoor, Soil grow, Jack Flash #5

Ahh i see,

The problem is the stem is so badly broken that I think the outside and the inner side is broken. I will have to lift the light a bit more higher coz they are keep growing. I move the light usually to the other side, so they grow in a sideway(ish) rather than straight up.

I;ll take some pictures later today

Here comes the pics mate!

I think the stem is very badly broken, and also check the leaves! Can this occur? I don't think i've hurt any of the leaves like this, it seems to be her work.

Let me know what you guys think!

Also they are all bug free, don't think it's bugs. I've checked them and also in my flat there is NO CHANCE of any animal to survive :) Not even in the whole house block.

Re: CFL, Indoor, Soil grow, Jack Flash #5

First I got to say they look really really good. The stem on the other hand seems very hurt, looks like a open wound you could see thru so thats not a good sign but I've seen worst here on 42Omag and they make it. As long as the leafs don't start to die the plant is still healing, if you feel that its not getting where you want it to be, you could always tie just that branch at the very top using a string so it can heal while suspended so the weakened branch has no gravity force pulling down making it rather easy to heal, that my personal opinion or what I would do If I had the same problem.

The little stains on the leafs, you are using nuts right? try to double check your nut schedule so you are not overfeeding, right now it doesn't seem like much of a problem besides the 3 leafs, when new growth is affect then the issue gets more serious. One thing is that towards the end of the flower period the more older leafs tend to turn yellow that is normal on some plants.

hope this helps mate

Good vibes & keep 'em green

Re: CFL, Indoor, Soil grow, Jack Flash #5

Hey bro!

Thanks for the update, I think i'll leave it just attached to the other, it can still grow. I might get a tape on them.

Surprise for me, and maybe for my readers, but i didn't use any nutes yet other than once a little one where I've been told not to. Since then i only gave them water. I'm pretty surprised that they still don't need them. Would you guys say it's a good practice to give them nutes now? Even they don't seem to need them? Basically I used a lot of GROW nute on my first grow, and it seems like they didn't even needed it. Basically GROW nuts are bullshit then:)

They don't seem to need nuts either :D how is the broken stem doing?

Re: CFL, Indoor, Soil grow, Jack Flash #5

Hey guys,

Pistils are started to grow!

I also cut of a shitload of leaves again, just to stop the growing somehow or stun it at least. I knew what was the problem with the leaves earlier, basically the plant had so much water ( i only water twice a week however) to started to "cry" somehow, and there were water spots on the top leaves, so the light burnt it. Not a big deal I guess!

Also i took pictures about the little dots I have at the downside of the plant.

Enjoy!

Re: CFL, Indoor, Soil grow, Jack Flash #5

Great job on Defol they really need it more light penetration. They're huge ladies I hope you can control the stretch that's coming the next few weeks of flower.

Re: CFL, Indoor, Soil grow, Jack Flash #5

Are there any options to control it other than super cropping? I don't wanna stress the stams anymore really, I should have done it much more earlier before flowering but still thanks for teaching me how to do it :)

Umm yes you have other options, but you still have to bend the stems a little, you can try tying them down gently. Are you running out of space?

Re: CFL, Indoor, Soil grow, Jack Flash #5

Im not that worried on the stretch now, I guess thats a lot of fan leaves !

I'll wait till it really gets full, if! Also this plant has like 70 days of flowering, so I'm not that much worried. She can develop all of the fan leaves again, and again if needed lol. I hope this will increase bud development on lower levels as well.
