Is a GE Reveal 26w=100w that puts out 1570 lumes ok for one plant?
cfl light difference?

You'd do a whole lot better with two of them.
There's a GE soft white bulb in that Reveal line that claims to kick out 1750 lumens for every 26 watts at 2700k wavelength. Do you have the lumen rating correct?
The 1750 lumen rating seemed a tad high to me when I saw it on the boxes,but if you were doing a 12/12 they'd give you a lot of lumens for the dollar.
Go for a deep square foot container and use 4 of the GE's in the 1700 range That will get you close to 7000 lumens,which is a good minimum for a square foot pot.
