Am looking to add supplemental light to a 400 watt hps flowering room. Question should I go with 2x 90 watt [bro] leds or 2x 125 cfls[bright wing reflectors].

CFLs are ok as supplement lighting, but they will need to be very close to the plants to do much.
Make sure the CFLs are not shading out the light from the HPS though, or you will be defeating the purpose....
I use LEDs as my primary lights, with CFLs on the side to supplement in flowering.

i use both. i am using 2 ufo 90w tri bands for flowering and 4 100w cfls for cloning/ veggin/ seedlings.
