is it true that cfl's will produce "fluffly" buds, they wont be compact at all. if anyone follows what i'm sayin.

No, the genetics of the plant being grown determines the density of the buds.
A sativa is known to have mostly airy or fluffy buds.
An indica has tighter, harder, more compact buds.
CFL's will only produce less bud, not fluffier bud.
