Cfls short time only

ok guys ,gonna start 6 plants indoors for 2 weeks before planting outside what wattage and how many bulbs should i use and what kind of light cycle should keep them on?

Use 6500k spectrum on a 18 hour lights on and 6 hours lights off schedule (this is for the veg cycle). Keep your lights as close as possible (about 2 - 3 inches above top of plant or soil if not sprouted yet). You need at least 2000 lumens per square foot for vegging. 2 daylight CFLs at 26 watts for each plant should get you through.

2000 lumens is the minimum (per sq ft) you want, more is always better if you can afford it.
