Chelsea Handler will be celebrating her big 40th birthday Wednesday and plans to do light up more than candles.
The former "Chelsea Lately" talk show host shared a photo Monday of her new California medical marijuana license on Twitter.
"I'm a legal marijuaner," Handler wrote in her tweet. "Just in time for my 40th bday tomorrow. Now I just need to get a lighter."
The TV personality posed with her eyes and mouth wide opened in her license picture.
Although Handler's plans for her 40th birthday haven't been revealed, she did say she wanted her 40th birthday to be huge when asked about her birthday last Feb. in an interview with E!.
"Next year for my 40th I'm going to rent an island or something crazy. I'm going to do something huge and have a big blowout - if I make it," she explained.
