What's your cure method?

I hung them upside down for 5 days, then I put them in dark glass containers for the last 2 1/2 months after checking the stems and seeing if I hear the snapping of the stems then I no I was good. once I've done that I put the moisture pack in to put a bit back in to keep fresh.
Not sure if that's everyone's method but works for me.
