The City of Flint's legal department has stated that they will enforce the recent Michigan State Supreme Court decision.
The Michigan State Supreme Court recently ruled that medical marijuana dispensaries can be considered a "nuisance" and shut down by local authorities.
The sale of medical marijuana is prohibited, based on the court ruling, except by a caregiver to a patient.
Flint's legal department will be sending letters to all known dispensaries operating in the City of Flint to inform them that the city will be enforcing the law.
