Haha I do! Sometimes kit soil can be a bit hot and have definitely had weaker seedlings get eaten up by the soil so found that this is best to avoid that. Keep it stoney

I like to use something inert in the top just to make sure I give the little ones their best shot at life! Only do this for starting seeds, clones go straight into full kit soil always!Hey Kid! Nice germ rate! Mines not that good but close, same method but have not added pro mix to the top, so far I've only done it with 1st run so next time I will add it. I'm always amazed when they pop up in 2.5-3 days!
Thank Duggan, I think it just comes with the territory of pheno hunting. Then again over watering and expired nutes will do you dirty too which is what happened to me
..pheno hunting , is fun too. It's pretty much wat we all do,..all the time..
Haha it comes in handy that’s fosure, but I feel like no matter how much room one has they always find themselves wanting more like anything else. Whenever I find myself in that mindset I try to sit back and just appreciate what space I have because it’s more than enough!
