CKS WW Auto - Newbie question. Is it flowering yet or just preflowering ?

Hi, I'm pretty much of a newbie and it's my first grow. As I'm growing auto, I was just wondering if I should consider that my babies are starting to flower or we're still talking pre-flower here ? They are almost 5 weeks hence my question. (mostly wondering if I should switch the red spectrum on my LED light right now and when I can start feeding bloom nutes.)

Looks like it's starting to flower....can see a few white hairs
