DuPage County sheriff's police found more than 400 cannabis plants in a Clarendon Hills home.

Stephen M. Baker was arrested Thursday night and charged with one count of Production or Possession of Cannabis Plants over 200 plants, which is a class one felony.

Sheriff John E. Zaruba said deputies responded to a call of suspicious incident from the owner of the building in the 5900-block of Clarendon Hills Rd. The landlord reportedly told police he was checking on a water leak when he saw the marijuana plants.

Sheriff Zaruba said a search warrant was issued and police recovered more than 400 cannabis plants throughout the home.

Baker was booked into the DuPage County Jail and was released after he posted $10,000.00 bond.
