Climate control

Hello guys!

Im planning to start my first grow soon, but I have one problem – CLIMATE CONTROL.
I will grow in pretty large dresser. ( 8 plants)

There are some things I’m worried about:
1) Too low temperature when lights are off (12/12)
2) Low humidity level when fan is on
How could I set up auto climate control? So that temperature is more or less constant and so is the humidity. In the same time I need this fresh air for plants...
The thing is, that I’m ready to spend max 200$ - 300$...

I have one of those and wouldn't want to go back to the days without. It makes for a easy almost hands free grow with temp and humidity controlled automatically. If you can afford it, get it.
