Clones question

i grow a few Clones and seeds they in 3 week and 4 week
i whant to grow them mor few weeks until they will be ready .
my question is :i feed them like in the chart (ghe)
if i need to return on the 1-3 week or continue to 4 and.......????
because of they grow below to 100w good fluorescent light they look good and healthy all of them female .
what do you recommend ??

after thet i will grow them below to hps 250w
