Not being familiar with DWC, what's the difference between a res change and a flush?

Res change is replacing the water/nutes with a fresh batch. Flushing is done with Florakleen or something similar. Do you think she looks over fed? Maybe N toxicity?? I really really want to flip her but she needs to be healthy first.

New light ordered for the germinating/rooting closet. A 65w qb

I think the seedlings can be considered 'plants' now and are overdue for being moved into their own pots. If I can't squeeze it in tonight it'll have to wait one more day

Zkittlez got moved into a 3 gallon bucket with a 6 inch netpot and large airstone. I covered the bucket and lid with mylar to reduce heat absorption

Def N toxic. Shouldn't take long to straighten that out in hydro though right?

That's a nice light for a germination station! Most folks go with a T5 like your originals . And the babies look great .

Is there a calcium product that isn't N based? I've read that the pants under qb need more calcium but the sensi-cal is 4-0-0 so I think it's contributing to the problem.

I thought I had killed this one... she looked like this about 16 hours after the transplant

I swapped out the lid because it looks like the mylar cooked a few of the leaves. And I used the battery siphon pump to top feed her from her res and she perked right up.

Mylar will do that. Good catch and nice recovery.

There are some calcium supplements without nitrogen. Calplex is one, and if you want cal/mag GH makes calimagic that's 1-0-0.

Been a while since I updated here. My mystery plant moved in, nearly died, and looks quite twiggy...

The LB clone and one GA clone moved out, into the tent for flowering, three remain in the closet. GA clone, Zkittlez, Mystery

Top away, and use the cutting as a clone!

I think I changed my mind about cutting off the stems. I didn't realize the pictures were in chronological order. I would just cut the left one off to the right of the tie-down and clone it, and supercrop the tall one in toward the center about halfway up.

I did it!! Now, I'm fully aware this may not have been exactly what you meant. My mind is a kinda crazy place so things get mixed up in translation (I am fully American and English is all I've ever spoken so it's not like a language barrier, just weirdness)

Edit: I do not know what strain this is. It was one of 3 free seeds marked only with a "?" (though I think I can say it's a sativa)

I also fimmed Zkittlez (I meant to top and clone but don't really have space for another anyway)

Whatever you did it looks better already. I would try to keep it lower than the other branches until they get a bit taller and then let them grow up together.

I'm really really happy with how my Mystery is shaping out. Thanks again for your guidance Shed! If I'd left her alone she'd be stretching the length of the closet.

She's got some brown spotting... none of the new growth has it though

The fimm on Zkittlez turned out pretty good, I think. Is it too soon to flip? I kinda want to wait another week but I'm afraid the closet will get to crowded

Lastly, we have the Pineapple Chunk (a recent gift!)

I'd wait a week at least for the FIM to grow out. The Mystery is looking much better now. I'm glad the new growth looks good because the older leaves look like they're sporting a deficiency.

I dropped a pair of auto seeds over a week ago but then I drowned them in over watered rockwool
So another set has been dropped today. They are Blueberry and Amnesia Haze (both auto)
For these, I'll go back to coco (but still doing hydro in the tent) I've been looking at both the autopot and octopot systems and am leaning toward octopot because of the lack of attaching units and a separate reservoir. Before splurging on that, I found these 'gro bucket' inserts

Looks simple to use! I think I saw a video on a similar system.

@CraZysWeeD just got an Autopot which is about the only thing on his thread that isn't a DIY!

What's up with the Blueberry and Amnesia Haze seeds? Did you start another journal without posting it here again?
