Clueless first timer

Hi all. Just thought I'd introduce myself. As the title says, first time grower here with plenty of enthusiasm but very little knowledge. I hope you guys can help me along the way and in time hopefully I can contribute something useful to the forums. Please be gentle if I ask any daft questions. Thanks in advance.
