quick one, if i take the root ball out of my coco can i re-use the coco again, or is it best not to ?

I am on my forth grow in same coco, clean out all roots flush with 5.8 ph water and you should be good to go.

many thanks Densenug, do i have to remove all roots or can they just be broken up and flushed ?

I use 1/4" mesh over a plastic tub and sift all the roots out, works very well.
