Cold air ventilation problems

I'm looking for ideas to prevent cold shock. I'm growing in a shed and the air outside is between 40 and 60 degrees 24 hours a day. I'm thinking of using co2 in a sealed environment with the lights and space heater providing warmth. The only other option I see is to create a very complex ventilation system. Cold air would have to be brought into the shed, heated in a separate chamber with a space heater then exchanged into the grow chamber. Too complicated, right? Anyone have experience with this problem or ideas?
