Re: Come on folks let's see some eye candy! Here is some for you

I think Hermaphrodites are caused by the lack of light, or stress. Your plant does not look stressed, if anything, the opposite. I know it is difficult when growing indoors and you have only one place to flower to increase the light a little to avoid hermaphrodites, so maybe move her to the part of your flowering place that has the most light. I know you probably have those spots relegated to your Indica plants, but hey it is just a suggestion. I would not keep any seeds produced by a Hermie, as usually at least 50% will turn out to be Hermies to. Just keep looking and pulling any Bannas you find and everything should be ok. Although I have seen Hermies where the whole plant flips out, and for every Female stamen you get a Male one as well, if this happens, destroy the plant, it will Fuck up your whole garden, to much work for a bunch of seeded plants. Also the later on in life a plant gets, it can start to produce Hermie characteristics to. Since this usually happens around the time to harvest it usually is no big deal. The only plants I have ever had that Hermaphrodite on me are Tropical Sativas, Sativas that do not get much light, stressed plants, and really mature plants, I hope this helps BUCKSHOT, I added you as a friend, if you want, it would be an honor for you to do the same for me. Looks like I am gonna get out earlier than I thought, due to my wives condition, family hardship and all that, I cannot wait, if it is for real! SINCERELY, JAMESTHEGREEN.

HERE ARE SOME PICTURES OF MY SEEDLING STARTS THAT I THOUGHT I WOULD SHARE WITH YOU, THEY ABOUT 7-9 DAYS OLD, AND GROWN UNDER JUST REGULAR OLD SHOP LAMP FLUORESCENT LIGHTS, NOTHING EXPENSIVE, JUST REGULAR OLD BALLASTS. THE KIND YOU WOULD BUY AND HANG FOR SHOP OR GARAGE/WORKROOM. THE KOLA IS A DJ SHORT BLUEBERRY, OBVIOUSLY THE SATIVA PHENOTYPE, I ALSO GOT SOME INDICA PHENOTYPES AS WELL, AS A MATTER OF FACT THE INDICA PHENO WAS ONE OF MY FAVORITES, BUT THIS ONE I LIKED JUST AS WELL. BOTH HAD DIFFERENT EFFECTS, BUT WERE TOP NOTCH. THE PICTURE OF THE SATIVA PHENOTYPE DID NOT HARVEST TILL NOVEMBER, THE INDICA PHENO LATE SEPTEMBER OR VERY EARLY OCTOBER, I THINK SEPTEMBER, BUT IT WAS IN 2007, SO I CANNOT BE FOR CERTAIN. THANK YOU. SINCERELY, JAMES THE GREEN.

Frosted Flakes anyone!?!? BuckShot is right, they belong in a Candy Store, or in the Sugary Cereals section of the Grocery Store! Great job JBC420. Have you ever done outdoor? Another question, what is the quality like of the Outdoor grown Nevilles Haze and the Mullumbimby Madness. Two Strains I have always wanted to grow, but could never get to where, I presume you live, for the Seed Stock, sigh...Maybe someday I will be blessed and head in that direction. But as we all know, Pluto is a long ways away!!! Thanks for the props. SINCERELY, JAMESTHEGREEN.

Re: Come on folks let's see some eye candy! Here is some for you

Looks GOOD to me fish cake! They are every bit as beautiful as every other Plant pictures in this Thread, PERIOD. Every Plant has it's own inherent beauty, they are like trying to compare J LO to Marilyn Monroe, it simply cannot be done. For a myriad of reasons, from when, where and how they were grown, to the Strains themselves. Marilyn and J LO come from different time periods, but I sure(IF I WAS SINGLE) would not want to have to pick one to date if they were both in their prime , well that is a lie, but you get my meaning I hope! SINCERELY, JAMESTHEGREEN.

Re: A tribute to the twins

Beautiful, but always remember, beware the plant with the Hermie Seeds! Which I am sure you know already. Are we looking at a Lemon Skunk, or some type of CHEM or Diesel Plant? Once again, BRAVO BuckShot! SINCERELY,JAMESTHEGREEN.

Hey Jamesthegreen,
Thanks man, they nothing to your monsters though!! I've only done outdoor once as a test in my climate, but as it was test I used a crap seed and it went male on me. The plant grew amazing though a lot better than indoors. Was going to do it again this year but weather has been really bad this year.

Not sure about them strains outdoor, just know nevilles haze is a monster!!

This was local seed given to me with no fancy names :cheesygrinsmiley: as it grew the lemon scent from it got really strong and if touched it was like cutting lemons

Re: A tribute to the twins

I think one of the funnest things Buckshot, is getting Seed, and you do not know what it is, and growing out something Killer from it. It never ceases to amaze Me when this happens. Anyways, getting ready to post pics, it was Sunny today! SINCERELY, JAMESTHEGREEN.

Re: Come on folks let's see some eye candy! Here is some for you

Ok it has been a while ...

Here is one for you. This is SI Girl she is a mix between a hash bud plant (S Girl) and the fastest growing male/plant I have ever had. The results are very interesting, she finally popped tricomes and started turning yellow ... not the kind of yellow from a nute problem just turning yellow with age. Its kinda cool < "kinda cool"? I am an old fart :cheesygrinsmiley:
