Come on folks let's see your veg plants! Here's some for ya

Transplanted 5 of the 13 clones into coco 1 gallon Smart Pots. These will be vegged for around 5 weeks while their mothers finish in the flower tent. Upon harvest, the mothers they will be dried and tested to chose the two best pheno's, baste on flavor, aroma, high, and plant structure. The chosen two plant clones will be harvested an the clones put in a yet to be built EZ Cloner and rooted. They will then go into at least a 16 plant SOG.
They will be topped multiple times to create as many clones as possible for the start of the winter 19 grow. They have been in Red Solo cups for a few weeks now and are really ready to go into the SP's.

First fill pots lightly compacted. Then watered with around 2 gallons/pot of a solution of lite nutes 0.75 EC, Rapid Start, Sub Culture II Mycorrhizol Root Inculcation and pH'ed to 5.8. This is to flush the fresh coco and prepare the coco to accept the clone.

Then dig a hole in the coco and place a solo cup in the center and compact around it, adding what is needed to bring the coco to the level of the coco in the transplant.

The reason for compacting around the solo is to prepare it to except the clone from a solo cup. It excepts the clone from the solo without having to do much but add a bit of coco to around an inch above the original coco line. This is what the SP looks like just prior to transplant.

I would say that they were ready for transplanting. It is sprinkled with Great White prior to going in the pots that are also treated with GW.

It was then transplanted and watered with the same solution the coco pots were soaked with prior to transplanting.

Another clone taken from the solo's and transplanted. And so on and so on!

Taken advantage to the almost 80 degree temps.

Couple of pics of my helper/apprentice transplanting the remainder of the clones. He only has one Cheese that is almost six weeks into flower in his closet now so these 8 will go in the closet around the older flowering lady to begin flower.

OK... update.. a couple new pics.. day 8.. I ended up buying Fox Farm nutrient 3 pack and will implement that Starting Wednesday... Thoughts???

Day 11: I'm semi worried with those plants leaning.. I realize now I should have not filled the cup so full of soil... I'm trying to build stuff for it to lean on. I have small fans blowing two ways.... Is this normal at this stage.. anything I can do to help it?

Lowering the lights should stop the stretch, for now a STRAW cut to length with a cut split can be
used for support

Longer than they should have, I started them on October 10th, then when I went to Florida to feed folks my apprentice took them and kept them under low light. When I returned from Florida I was so busy with my grow that I left them over at his place. Well he want them in more light so he put them in his flower tent. I pick them up on Nov. 8th. They were still very small and had begun to flower. I took around two weeks for them to revert back to veg and I still have some pistils on some of the plants.
So to answer your question, they are in their 8th week in the cups. I will be putting them in 1 gallon smart pots this week.
Then under T5's until I harvest the tent in about 4 to 5 weeks.
Go to my Big Buddha Cheese grow and you can see them in the post from Nov. 8th.

How are you cloning? I have been cloning in coco for awhile now and like the results, got 13 of 14 to take this round. Going to build me a EZ cloner for the clones for the SOG.

Hey gr865...when cloning in coco, are you using pure water to moisten the coco? Or are you applying light ppm solution?
In a few weeks ill be pulling some clones from my Candida, I'm hoping for higher success rate this time around.
Thanks in advance!

I make a lite nute solution, Cal/Magic, Epsom, and pH to 5.8. I have the rates I use somewhere, I will look.
Use RO w/ppm of 35 to 50, so mainly it to get enough ppm to pH. Then flush the Solo's a number to times and the last flush same solution but add Subculture II Mycorrhizae root innoculant.
I also use Clonex.
The last cloning session had 14 clones and 13 took.

Hey StickAy, saw you follow on my grow!

What are you using for lights and how close are they to your plants? Your plants do seem to be stretching trying to get more light.

Do you have a grow journal yet? If not I would strongly suggest you do, it's invaluable getting input from all the amazing people on here.

Right on

Thank you!

I've got a new light for my baby. Hacienda H16 plus. It draws 700w and is as strong as 1000w. Latest led technology, it's time to see how it works.

Wow that is one expensive light.

Few shots of what will be the mothers of each pheno, as stated will choose the best two, growth, taste and stonier effect.

There were transplant from Red Solo's on 12/2 and this pic is from 12/6, not bad root growth for 4 days. Gotta love Great White!
