Composting Coco Coir

Has anyone tried composted Coco coir. I started a block in late November. It's just about ready to be sifted and used for some clones(currently rooting).

I used 1 block of coco, 5 gallon bucket of green waste from my house, 2 very large pumpkins, a dozen powered eggshells, and about 3 lbs of worms in a half 55 gallon barrel.

The coc has definitely changed. The worms love it.

Any constructive comments?

Spent coco = coco/roots a grow. I have tried recycling coco but the root system is so large that I have to break it up by pounding the root ball against the sides of the holding container. This produces very fine coco particles the compact too much when trying to use again.
So what I do is add it to my potting mix and add it to my compost piles. I use the compost by adding it to my potting mix or make compost tea to spray on my lawn and house plants
I don't use the potting mix in my cannabis grows, just coco and perlite.

Awesomeness.
Love Recycling anything.
I'm trying to go "organic" without any added nutrients. By composting the coco coir I'm hoping to adjust PH and add the required nutrients.

I will definitely try Recycling used materials for my in ground garden.
Thanks for the reply
