Corn germination best method

Hi I wonder if you guys have good method for germinating corn for sst ? I see all the time people have perfect sprouts after 3~ days but mine taking around 7 days to be the same size I am doing drain and rinse method In The jar and I have around 20 degrees C

Idk I’m having great results with a moist paper towel in an open ziploc baggie. Takes a couple days

what I do is fold the paper towel in half Put seeds in and fold in half again and into open ziploc baggie check on it after a couple days and it’s worked for me. Just leaving it on the countertop.
the ziploc bag has to stay open. Without air or moisture(not wet) seeds will not germinate
Nothing high tech but it works for me
