On September 9th, 2010 at approximately 4pm, members of DEA Task Force and the O'Fallon Police Department executed a search warrant and subsequent search of Unger's home. He was arrested and charged with cultivation. Ken was automatically charged with distribution, as is the norm here in the midwest.
