Cr8grow’s CMXL Auto Grow #7

Hello growers, Viparspectra generously provided XS1000 LED lighting for my 7th grow, my first using LED lights. Seeds are my own, had one nice CMXL bud hermie Grow #3 a bit and produced a small quantity of healthy seeds. I needed to add new hooks to the cabinet for the two new lights. I dropped 5 seeds into distilled water Saturday morning and all showed little tails by Monday. I mixed soil and planted directly into 5 gallon pots last night, which was Tuesday. Lights will be 18/6 start to finish. I expect this grow will be ready to chop in 10 weeks. I will get the word out to some other growers and get this new grow linked to my signature this week. I don’t know what kind of temperatures to expect after lights on; nighttime is typically 64F. Lights are adjustable and will be at 40% intensity the next few days. Not much to see yet, but that will change very soon. A few pics from yesterday. Cheers

Ljb1…a mix so far. I just finished up the @420 Weed Seeds Express GSC comparative grow, a photo fem. pretty cool to compare everyones grow styles and results. I like the control with a photo…but…I’ve grown some autos for fast turn…
The Sweetseeds CMXL Auto is special…fast, easy to LST, potent, colorful, great yield, short, fat, frosty. Yep Im a fan. I look forward to growing out some different Sweetseeds genetics. This is not anything beyond my experience. Lets see what gen 2 looks like. Also…see you also participated in the GSC comparative grow. I will catch up there. I maxed out on 24 GSC grow journals. I do plan to go back and check out results on all for future adjustments. @HashGirl kept a nice spreadsheet on all…great initiative and so helpful. There will be learnings for months in the GSC comparative grows. Smoking a mix of cured GSC and CMXL from grow 3. Cheers

I'm looking at some fast autos from germination to harvest as I'm all out of bud now you recommend more indica and fast autos?? I will be doing another run on the gsc as I had at a old freinds 20 min away and I went away for a week n bit asked him to water came back and they were dead I've never had plants that bad in the last year I started so will be going again also

I swapped out a CMH315 for this first LED grow…need intensity to bring out the organic genetics potential. But I have no experience with LED. Let’s see what happens. Should be a good holiday harvest. Cheers

Day 1 Saturday 10/16…100% germination, 5 for 5 up today; one will be cut after a few days to yield one plant per 5 gallon pot. I was curious about heat from these two Viparspectra XS1000 LED lights, since I need some heat in the unfinished section of my basement. Lights are currently at 40%, I like the ability to adjust light intensity. Temps ranged 64-84F with my other light. Temps now ranging 63 night and 73 daylight, which is fine. I assume temps will go up a bit when I turn them

up to 100%. RH is ranging 45-55. I’m misting PH 64 water with Superthrive. I will add some organic veg food in a few days. I will also add a handful of Mosquito Bits to get in front of any F Gnats..I didn’t have one F Gnat last grow. I’m also testing out a new local soil in two pots and my regular mix in the other two. I plan to LST all four plants into about 8 main bud sites each. Things will get interesting in two weeks or so. Cheers

If you’re hanging fungal gnat problems you’re probably watering too much.. or feeding to much.
