I do not like germinating seeds in water/paper towels. I've never had luck with thus method.

My Soil Mix:
Peat Moss
Black Kow compost
Mushroom Compost
Miracle-Gro perlite
Eposma Soil Acidifier
Lava Red Rock

Grow tent to start seedling is 2x4 with 45w LED full spectrum, humidifier, ceramic heat lamp. Temp stays around d 78F humidity stay between 60 to 70%. Timer for light set to 18 on 6 off and temperature switch to control temp.

My go to start is using Peat Pods!! Dropping seed in and within 4 days it pops through soil. Works 100% for me!!

This grow is Cream X Mazar Auto. Planted seed on December 17th 2018.

6 days later, December 23rd 2108
Same day transplanted seedling to 5 gallon smart pot due to taproot 2 inches out of peat pod.

9th day 12-26-18

Fed today with Molasses, Cal Mag, Foxfarm Grow Big and PH to 6.3.

Day 19 with LST.... now now I know and understand that people say not to get their leaves in the soil but she is short so it's kind of difficult not to. Hoping for the side branching to come straight up along with the main Cola to create me some nice shoots.

Ok so today, Day 20, I removed pipe cleaner off this girl. I need her a bit taller before I pull her back over.. BUT I did move her into my 2x2x4 grow tent with my new 300w Wattshine LED light. I needed room in my other grow space for my 2 big blueberry girls. I just hope this light will do justice considering moved her out of the 1500w KingLED.. God it was just cramped though. I will indeed move her back in there once I harvest 1 of my blueberries in the next 4 weeks!!

Day 25 with LST.. I'm gonna keep her main pulled down through out as well as pull her side branches down when they are long enough. I want to keep her short and stocky..

Day 35.... Wow.. 4 days and what a boost in growth and flower. She also took very well to the LST I did to her. Trying to keep the canopy even for multiple luscious cola's!!

Day 56... so I'm having an issue with spots on the leafs, including sugar leafs and it's all over I'm not sure what the hell this is.. I'm watering at 6 to 6.2 PH, I'm using Emerald Green nutes, as well as Cal Mag.. I have no pets what so ever on the plants so I'm stumped.. The spots look like a rusty color.. Pisses me off the @Mr. Krip OR anyone else please chime in!!

I had similar spots but I had gotten water on the fan leaves during feeding process. Is it possible this happened for you?

It's possible that water did get on them. I did do a foliar spray everyday, no nutes in the spray of course but yeah it just seems to keep spreading.. The flower seems to be ok and smells amazing!!

I agree that it looks like burn from the lights hitting water drops on the leaves.

You should do foliars just before lights-on or right when lights come on; and it's a good idea to raise the lights so the plants don't get burned and so you don't shatter any bulbs if you're spraying when lights are on.

Why & what are you foliar spraying??? You want to be careful with foliars when in flower so you don't get bud rot.

Why do that??? You want the roots to be uptaking nutrients from the soil. ALWAYS focus on the roots for healthy plants. If you're giving them foliars, they have no reason to develop strong roots.

Generally, foliars are used when there's a problem with the roots and they aren't uptaking nutrients and/or to get additional nutes that can easily be absorbed through the stomata. Also, it can help increase humidity if RH is low.

If none of those conditions exist, water the roots and not the plants.

Foliars, at this point, will only increase your chances of mold!

Day 68....Feb-27th-2019
She will be coming down tonight on Feb 28th day 69.. Tricomb production is Milky with amber a some clear.. She stopped taking up water.. I think its Time!! She is small but packed on nice flower that are dense a hell and tricomb covered!!

Any thoughts 420 friends??
