Cropping & LST

Would it be okay to LST and crop an auto? I getting ready to drop my first northern lights auto well my first auto ever and getting answer now might help. Can I start out 12/12 and for entire grow? Any suggestions would be appreciated

The amount of light folks go with seems to range from 16/8 all the way up to 24. I always did 16/8 and it worked well. No need for 12/12.

Many auto growers LST, always worked well for me. I know some people supercrop, I never have. It goes against the general “wisdom” for autos which is to limit their stress.
